You do. For most engagements, you own the IP and deliverables once the project is paid in full. We spell out the specifics in your agreement so there are no surprises.

Absolutely. We work with clients across the country. We're based in Knoxville, Tennessee, so local clients get the bonus of working with us in person when it helps (on-site photo sessions, working meetings, and the like), but distance is never a barrier to great work.
